Over the last 18 years, Guillaume accumulated a rich and varied experience in the financial industry acquiring expertise in the fields of equity capital markets, M&A, capital raising and investment strategies.
Curious and open-minded, Guillaume has been very early convinced that the sense of financial market history was going through greater digitalization in the issuance of financial securities after making the observation that current outdated processes do not enable companies to properly engage investor expectations in an efficient way.

Laurent has joined Praexo in October 2020 from Natixis, where he was MD, Head of International Equity Capital Markets. He mostly covered tech/growth situations, and focused on Renewables and Real Estates transaction in Europe and in the Middle East.
Prior to his ECM role, Laurent spent most of his career as an Equity Derivatives / Equity Linked specialist. Before Natixis, Laurent was employed by Deutsche Bank for 10 years and started his career at Exane. Laurent brings invaluable experience in capital market and international background, having worked in Switzerland, UK and Hong Kong.
Jean David has gained expertise in the finance industry through projects at major banks on trade finance, supply chain, payments and capital markets solutions.
He is experienced in both back-end and front-end development and familiar with the specific requirements of the finance industry. Learner to the core, Jean David thrives to always be on the cutting edge of technologies and improve himself.

Wlad joined Praexo in September, 2020 after 14 years in Investment Banking and Capital Markets. His most recent role was in the Equity Capital Markets division of Commerzbank AG in London, and prior to that Wlad worked in various investment banking roles for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and HSBC in London, Hong Kong and New York.
Wlad’s has extensive experience raising capital from institutional investors globally, and will lead our efforts to further educate and deepen the understanding of our product offering within the investor community.

Alexis brings 20+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning to Praexo which he joined in March 2021. Prior to that, Alexis worked for startups, large companies and academia as an independent data science consultant. Alexis has also worked in the US for 10 years as a software engineer and lead data scientist in higher education and healthcare.
Alexis will help define and implement Praexo’s data strategy and lead the data science team.

Mohamed is a Fullstack developer by trade with an eye for design and user experience. He has years of experience working with UI/UX to make sure their designs are functional, accessible, and give the intended experience.
Mohamed’s primary focus has been to deliver products and solutions which bring value to clients. Having been involved in several projects with potential for broad impact on large groups of populations, he has learned to combine technology, innovation and proven development methodologies with awareness of how technology can and should impact lives.

Bernard-Louis is a Pioneer in European FinTech. He founded the 1st European FinTech Incubator in 2014. He started his career as a trader at HSBC and then became entrepreneur and sold his company. As a Partner at Truffle Capital, Bernard-Louis led and accompanied 75 investments of which 13 have conducted IPOs and 18 M&A exits.

François has over 35 years of financial industry experience primarily in Equities and Equity Capital Markets. Before joining Rothschild as co-head of the Equity Advisory franchise, François was vice-chairman of ECM at Deutsche Bank. Since 1995, François worked on more than 200 transactions such as privatisations, IPOs and capital increases.
Emmanuel held several senior executive management positions in companies such as JCDecaux and Pernod Ricard. Before joining JCDecaux Holding in 2017, Emmanuel was the CEO of Compagnie Lebon, a French listed holding company active in asset management. Emmanuel developed various entrepreneurial projects among which Work & Share, a coworking company which he co-founded with his son Matthieu. He sits on Eurazeo Supervisory Board.
