Praexo SAS (“Praexo”), a financial technology firm offering digital capital raising solutions, today announces the further expansion of its senior team with the recent appointments of Laurent Lepinay as Head of Development and Wladimir Charvat as Head of Investor Engagement.
We are delighted to announce the additions of both Laurent and Wlad to our team. Both Laurent and Wlad are financial industry veterans, and will play an integral role in supporting the continued development and rollout of our solutions to Corporates, Financial Intermediaries and Investors.
Laurent joins the team from Natixis, where he was most recently a Managing Director and Head of International Equity Capital Markets, based in Paris. During his time at Natixis, Laurent mostly covered technology and growth situations throughout Western Europe and the Middle East, while also focusing on the Renewables and Real Estate sectors. Prior to this, Laurent spent most of his career as an Equity Derivatives / Equity Linked specialist and has previously worked at Deutsche Bank and at Exane in London, Hong Kong and Switzerland. Laurent is a seasoned and well-respected Investment Banking professional with over 20 years’ experience, and in his capacity as Head of Development for Praexo will be instrumental in steering the development of our business model and solutions to effectively address the capital raising requirements of our client base.
Wlad joins our team from Commerzbank, where he was most recently a Director in the International Equity Capital Markets team, based in London and advising public and private companies across EMEA on raising equity. Prior to this, Wlad worked in various investment banking roles across Capital Markets for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and HSBC in London, Hong Kong and New York. Wlad’s has over 14 years’ experience raising capital and engaging with institutional investors globally, and in his capacity as Head of Investor Engagement, will lead our efforts to foster adoption of our solutions through broadening the understanding and education within the global investor community.
